Psychedelic Preparation and Integration

Colorado & Massachusetts

Grounded, skilled support for safe and intentional preparation before the experience, and for integrating what came up into tangible changes after.

How It Works

As a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist, I offer support for those who are preparing for a psychedelic experience, as well as those who have already had one and are seeking guidance in making sense of what came up. Preparation and integration work is approached with care, personal experience, and trust in your innate wisdom.

Psychedelic experiences can open doors to profound spaces within. That territory can be both illuminating and challenging. Having thoughtful, skilled support can help prepare you for what is to come, and preserve what arose by translating insights into real, meaningful change in your daily life.

This work is flexible by nature. Some come for focused, short term preparation or integration support alone. Others choose to weave it into a longer term therapeutic relationship. We can explore together what makes the most sense for you.
